    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 平面上に同一ピッチで形成された極歯を有する固定子と
    、歩進用励磁巻線がそれぞれ巻装された複数個の磁極を
    有する移動子とから成り、移動子の磁極に設けた極歯が
    固定子極歯と小空隙を介し５て対向しながら移動子が滑
    動できるように配置される構成の可変リラクタンス形の
    リニアステッピングモータにおいて、移動子を固定子上
    に小空隙を介して滑動自在に保持している車輪の外周部
    に着磁された磁性体層を一様な厚さに形成したことを特
    徴とするリニアステッピングモータ。
