Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数のコレクタ電極が磁器製絶縁体を用いて支持部材の
    上に中心軸対称の数ケ所で所要の間隔に配設されて、前
    記支持部材に一端が固定されたネジとナツトにより挾持
    され、この外側が金属製真空外囲器に覆われた輻射冷却
    形多段コレクタにおいて、前記ネジの一端に皿状バネワ
    ッシャを挿入し、前記ナツトで、締め付けたことを特徴
    とする輻射冷却形多段コレクタ。
