Claims (1)
- 複数のコレクタ電極が磁器製絶縁体を用いて支
持部材の上に中心軸対称の数カ所で所要の間隔に
配設され前記支持部材に一端が固定されたネジと
ナツトにより挾持され、その外側が金属製真空外
囲器に覆われた輻射冷却形多段コレクタにおいて
、前記ナツトで締め付ける側に、複数個の円錐状
のエンボスを有する金属製円板を設け、該円錐状
のエンボスの中心に明けた穴に前記ネジの一端を
通し前記ナツトで締め付けたことを特徴とする輻
射冷却形多段コレクタ。
