Abstract

PURPOSE:To discriminate inexpensively a sound output with a simpler equipment than a conventional sound waveform comparing system or the like by discriminating whether a sound output from a speaker is normal or not by means of sound level and time elements and outputting its discriminating signal as an ON/ OFF signal. CONSTITUTION:A sound output discriminating circuit 7 is equipped with a sound level measuring element, a comparison element and a timer element or the like and a sound level of a broadcast outputted through a speaker 3 is compared with a specified level XdB set in advance and when the sound level is the specified level XdB or over, an ON signal is outputted so as to close a contact 10 inserted into a signal line 9 and when the sound level is the specified level XdB or below conversely and a low level state continues for a predetermined time Y or over, a discriminating signal is outputted as a contact output so as to output an OFF signal and open the contact 10. On the other hand, a discriminating display device 8 flickers a display lamp by ON/OFF driving of the contact 10 and displays whether the broadcast sound from the speaker 3 is outputted normally or not.

When performing wired broadcasting as described above, it is necessary that the broadcast audio is actually output from each speaker at a normal audio level, but this does not mean that the broadcasting sound is far away from the speakers. The person in charge cannot immediately make a decision. As a countermeasure for this, there is a method of collecting the output sound from the speaker with a microphone and feeding it back to the broadcasting location to directly check the sound, or a method of recording the output sound waveform from the speaker and 1N directly from the broadcast source. Conventionally, a method has been proposed in which discrimination is made by comparing voice waveforms, but the former method requires equipment to feed back the voice, and the latter method requires very expensive equipment to discriminate voice waveforms, making it impractical. Not on point.

According to the present invention, a microphone arranged near a speaker collects the output sound from the speaker, a human power is used to detect the sound level detected through the microphone, and outputs an ON signal when the sound level is equal to or higher than a predetermined level;
? An audio output determination circuit that operates to output an off signal when the level is continuously below a specified level for a preset period of time, and an on/off determination signal output from this audio output determination circuit. This is achieved by comprising a judgment display means installed at the broadcast location that displays whether or not the audio output of the speaker is normal or not.

In Figures 1 and 2, ■ is a broadcasting device installed at a broadcasting location 2, 3 is a speaker installed far away from the broadcasting location and connected to the broadcasting device 1 via a cable 4, and 5 is a speaker. 1 is a speech output recognition device according to the present invention. This device 5 includes a microphone 6 arranged near the speaker 3, an audio output determination circuit 7 that outputs a determination signal as a total human power value of the output audio level of the speaker 3 detected through the microphone 6, and It consists of a judgment display 8 installed at a broadcasting place that receives all the output signals of the audio judgment circuit 7 and displays the judgment contents. Note that 9 is a signal line. The audio output judgment circuit 7 has an audio level measurement element, a comparison element, a timer element, etc., and as shown in FIG. Compare,
If the audio level is above the specified level XaB, an ON signal is output to close the contact 10 inserted into the signal line 9, and conversely, if the audio level is below the specified level XdB and the low level state is a predetermined predetermined level. If it continues for a time Y or more, a judgment signal is output as a contact output so that the OFI" signal is output and the contact 10 is opened. On the other hand, the judgment indicator 8 is, for example, an indicator lamp, and the judgment signal is outputted as a contact output to open the contact 10. If the indicator lamp lights up and shows that the broadcast audio is being output normally from the speaker 3, and if the indicator lamp goes out even though the broadcast is in progress, the audio output from the speaker is not being output normally due to some malfunction. It can be immediately determined that there is no such thing.

In addition, the fully distributed main phone audio level XL'IB is speaker 3.
It can be set based on the steady output of On the other hand, the time Y is set as appropriate depending on how the broadcast is operated, for example, in order to avoid outputting an OFF signal at an extremely short audio break t during the broadcast. Further, the determination display 8 may be a display means other than a lamp, such as an alarm bell, and the means for transmitting the determination signal may also be implemented in various ways other than those shown.

As described above, the present invention determines whether the audio output from the speaker is normal or not based on the audio level and time elements, and outputs the determination signal as the i7ON, OF'F signal. Therefore, compared to the conventional voice feedback method or voice waveform comparison method, it can be implemented with much simpler equipment and at a lower cost.
