Claims (1)
送路1内の最下段半導体素子2を係止させるストッパピ
ン3と、該ストッパピン3にヨリ係止された前記最下段
半導体素子2の上部に重なる直近上段半導体素子2′を
押圧する押えピン4と、該押えピン4と連動して前記搬
送路1内に突出する分離ピン5とからなり、該分離ピン
5は前記押えピン4が前記直近上段半導体素子2′を押
圧するとき前記最下段半導体素子2と前記直近上段半導
体素子2′との間に突出挿入される位置に配置されるこ
