Description

【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は、従来の＋５°Ｘカツトの薄板状水晶板の作成
方法を示すものである。第２図は、薄板状水晶板からエ
ツチングにて形成する音叉形水晶振動子２を一点鎖線に
て示したものである。第３図は、Ｚ′軸方向から見た音
叉形水晶振動子２を示すもので、第４図はＹ′軸方向か
ら見た音叉形水晶振動子２を示すものである。第５図は
、音叉形水晶振動子の厚みｔとエツチング残有の高さ１
とクリスタルインピーダンス（ｃｉ）値との関係の測定
結果を示す図である。第６図は、本考案に係る＋５°Ｘ
カツトの薄板状水晶板の作成方法を示すものである。第
７図は、薄板状水晶板からエツチングにて形成する本考
案に係る音叉形水晶振動子１２を一点鎖線にて示したも
のである。第８図は、２′軸方向から見た音叉形水晶振
動子１２を示すもの七、第９図はＹ′軸方向から見た音

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 フォトエツチング技術を用いて形成される厚みが０．２
    ｍｍ以下の音叉形水晶振動子において、水晶の有する結
    晶軸の座標たる（ｘ、　ｙ、り座標のＸ軸を回転軸とし
    て＋Ｘ軸力向から見て左回りにＯ″′〜１０°′〜ｂ 座のＸ軸Ｙ′軸で形成される平面で薄板状水晶板を切り
    出し、さらに該薄板状水晶板から該薄板状水晶板の＋Ｙ
    ′軸方向を音叉形水晶振動子の長手方向とするようにフ
    ォトエツチング技術を用いて形成される音叉形水晶振動
    子であって、該音叉形水晶振動子の厚みが０．２ｒＩｒ
    Ｉｒ１以下であり、かつ該音叉形水晶振動子の＋Ｘ軸方
    向に生ずるエツチング残有の高さが音叉形水晶振動子の
    厚みの１０％以下であることを特徴とする音叉形水晶振
    動子。
