Claims (1)

る第１のインピーダンス回路と、上記増幅器の入力回路
又は出力回路に直列に接続された第３の抵抗器と、該第
３の抵抗器の後段側を接地する第４の抵抗器と、該第４
の抵抗器に並列に接続された直列接続の第２のインピー
ダンス素子及び抵抗体部分と不導体部分とから成る第２
の可変抵抗手段を有する第２のインピーダンス回路とを
