    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. マグネトロン冷却用送風機による冷却後の空気を案内す
    る排気ダクトと、導波管構成板と加熱庫構成枠の側板及
    び前板と加熱装置本体枠の側板とで形成され前記排気ダ
    クト出口部に連通する風路と、からなり加熱庫に向けて
    開口する風案内通路を設ける一方、該風案内通路中の出
    口部近傍に通路断面積を空気の流れ方向に沿って漸次増
    大せしめる空気流線拡開用部材を介装したことを特徴と
    する高周波加熱装置。
