にエアを送給することにより金型冷却するとともに、金
型を冷却することにより温風となったエアを、鋳造製品
取り出し後のエア払いに用いる金型空冷兼温風エア払い
装置であって、前記エア通気孔を金型内で金型キャビテ
イ面に平行方向に、溶湯を注湯する方案部から遠い部位
では密に、方案部に近づくにつれて粗となるように配設
゛し、前記エア通気孔の方案部から遠い方から順次連通
せしめて、冷却エアを方案部から遠い部位に配設された
エア通気孔から送給し、方案部から近い部位に配設され
たエア通気孔より排出された温風を、鋳造製品取り出し
後のエア払いノズルに連通せしめることを特徴とした金
