於いて、液位の変化に対応する静電容量を時定数とする
単安定マルチバイブレータの出力と、固有の時定数を持
つ単安定マルチバイブレータの出力との時間差によって
制御される制御回路の出力によって時間差を検出すると
共に、計測し、油量と対応した表示を継続的に表示する
