るとともに前記太陽電池の予形成部を前記表示パネル下
部基板の端子形成部の上側に重合し、且つ前記接続基板
を前記太陽電池の下側に重ねて配置するとともに前記接
続基板の端子形成部を前記太陽電池と前記表示パネル下
部基板の端子形成部との間に介在させ、前記接続基板の
各端子電極を前記表示パネルと前記太陽電池の各端子電
極に夫々対応して接続してなる表示パネルと太陽電池の
