Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）溝加工した基板の該溝にクラッドファイバを固定
    し、このファイバを含む基板上に膜を形成してクラッド
    ファイバをモールドし、次いでエツチングによって断面
    が半円形状のファイバを有する基板としたのち、この基
    板２枚を接合してファイバの形状を円形状とした構造よ
    りなる分岐素子。
  2. （２）ファイバはＳｉＯ□にてクラッドされていること
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求範囲第１項記載の分岐素
    子。
  3. （３）　　ファイバは屈折率を下げる目的の硼素、フッ
    素などのドーパントを添加したＳｉｏ２にてクラッドさ
    れていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載の分岐素子。
