A method is used in which surface treatment is performed by moving the object to uniformly contact the processing liquid with the object. In such a slot system, it is better to use a swinging barrel because the upper part of the barrel can be kept open at all times, and therefore the workpieces can be taken out and put in automatically. In addition, the processing liquid inside the barrel also enters and exits through the upper opening in addition to increasing its volume through the barrel's porous wall, making it easy to renew.Furthermore, the objects to be processed inside the barrel are easily agitated so that the upper and lower sides are interchanged, making it easier to process. It has the advantage of being evenly distributed.

The swinging barrel (1) has an approximately inverted heart shape in cross section in the transverse direction, an opening O1 is provided at the top, a raised portion f13 is formed at the bottom medium, and a circumferential barrel portion O1 is provided.
3 is provided with a large number of small-diameter holes to prevent the material to be processed filled in the barrel from spilling out. The barrel (1)
A rocking shaft α force is extended from the side plates QQ and C1fS of the shaft, and a gear Q→ is fitted onto one of the rocking shaft α forces. The swing axis θ is then passed over the barrel frame (2). A hollow hole 07)A is provided on one side of the swing axis α, and an electrode wire 0! is inserted into the barrel (1) from the outside through the core and the center hole α71A. '9 is inserted. Barrel frame (2) has a swing axis of 0η
A side wall plate (21) that rotatably supports the side wall plate (21), a pair of conductive support arms extending laterally from the F end of the side wall plate Qυ, @, from the -H end of the side wall plate (goods). It consists of hanging rods that extend in two directions. The electrode wire αG id is connected to one of the conductive support arms (a). A handle shaft (3) is rotatably spanned over the side wall plate Qυ, and the handle shaft (3)
The horizontal rod part 3 at one end (the handle C31 is attached to the tip of the side wall plate (21)) is rounded. する表面処理装置a swinging barrel, a barrel frame that pivotally supports a swinging shaft of the swinging barrel, a handle that is rotatably extended from the side of the barrel frame and has a horizontal member, and a swinging shaft of the handle and the swinging barrel; a plurality of double cylinders that make a circular path around the moving shaft, a processing tank filled with a processing liquid in which the swinging barrel is immersed, and a drive rod that is provided along the side of the nuclear processing tank and reciprocates; A pair of claws each protruding from the driving rod at a predetermined length Tt are connected to each other, so that when the swinging barrel is immersed in the processing bath, the horizontal rod portion of the handle is connected to the pair of claws of the driving rod. The handle swings due to being located between the claws of the handle, and the swing of the handle is transmitted to the swing shaft of the swing barrel by the two wheels. A surface treatment device characterized in that the swinging motion of the handle is amplified and transmitted to the swinging barrel by making the swinging barrel smaller than the handle side.
