DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention involves coating the surface of a surface-treated steel sheet with a paint containing coating particles that cover the outer surface of a powdery material such as silica sand with a baked coating film, thereby creating a pseudo-mortar with excellent weather resistance. The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a metal plate with a lysine surface formed thereon.

In general, the conditions for a coating film to have excellent weather resistance are: 5. The coating film is smooth (flat); 5. The composition forming the coating film does not contain solid components such as pigments; 6. In the case of a paint number mixed with particulate matter, the pigment itself must not be destroyed by ultraviolet rays, etc., and in the case of a paint mixed with particulate matter for 4-lisine coating, the particulate matter must be completely covered by the paint film. □There should be no gaps such as pinholes between the powder or granules and the coating film.

The weather resistance of a metal plate having a pseudo-mortar ricin surface is directly influenced by the above (a) and □. That is, conventionally, silica sand or the like was mixed with a paint and applied to the metal plate, or silica sand or the like was sprinkled on a base coat, and an overcoat was applied thereon to form a pseudo-mortar ricin surface. As a result, even if powder particles such as silica sand are coated with paint, the paint film may flow from the outer periphery of the protruding particles onto the metal surface, or the wetting between the particles and the paint may be poor. Since the particulate matter is directly exposed to the outside air, the paint film may peel off from that part, or the silica sand itself may crack and break due to rainwater or direct sunlight, resulting in a disadvantage of lack of weather resistance. 15 In addition, when simply mixing powder with paint, applying it to a metal plate, and baking it, pinholes may appear due to drying of the paint film and evaporation of the solvent during baking, and the powder may form on the paint film. Due to the ``nue'' nature of the adhesive, the adhesion was insufficient and there was a disadvantage that the adhesive would peel off.

20 In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention coats the outer surface of granular materials such as silica sand with a baked coating film, so that even if the granular materials are directly exposed to the outside air, they will not crack or break. In addition, it has good wettability with the paint to prevent particulate matter from falling off from the adhering surface, and also has weather resistance that prevents even the particulate matter from being destroyed even if a pin hole occurs, and the outer surface of the particulate matter. The present invention proposes a method for manufacturing a metal plate having a pseudo-mortar lysine surface in which a three-dimensional effect is enhanced by the difference in lightness between the coating film on the surface treatment coating and the coating film on the surface treatment coating.

Further, in detail, the raw materials for the coating film 3 include epoxy resins, acrylic resins, oil-free polyester resins, yellowing urethane resins, silicone resins, and one of these modified resins, or pigments for these resins. Use a paint containing approximately 1% or less of the solid component of the paint. Coating particles 4 are composed of granules 5 and a coating film 6 formed by baking, as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. It has improved crack resistance and wetting characteristics with coating raw materials.

The granules 5 are made of one or more of silica sand, whitebait balloons, pearlite grains, galan pieces, ceramic pieces, etc., and have a particle size of about 0.2 to 21 Lmφ. The above particle size is 0.
If it is less than 2m1φ, it is too small to obtain a coating surface with the desired uneven structure, and if it is more than 21mφ,
The above range is preferable for use because of problems such as falling off of particulates and rough appearance. In addition, the raw material for the coating film is the same as the raw material for forming the coating film 3 described above, or an inorganic material or a rubber type material is used. Here, one method of forming the coating film 6 will be described. First, for example, silica sand with a particle size of 0.511φ is sprinkled in an alkyd resin spray atmosphere, and then, after the sand falls, each sand is separated while being stirred, and then It has been baked. Another method is to add pearlite particles to acrylic resin, for example.
) After mixing and stirring the mixture, spray it into hot air to separate the granules, and then apply 200% of the coating material.
The coating film 6 is formed by baking and drying at ~300°C, and then the coated particles 4 are produced by cooling. Therefore, to explain the method for producing a highly weather-resistant metal plate having a pseudo-mortar lysine surface according to the present invention, first, silica sand is added to the surface treatment film of the metal plate using an acrylic resin, for example, in an acrylic resin liquid diluted with a solvent. The coated coating particles 4 are added and mixed, and applied with a spray gun in the manner of spraying mortar ricin.

Next, by baking and drying this at 200 to 300 DEG C., a metal plate having a cross section as shown in FIG. 1 can be obtained. In addition,
As described above, since the coating particles 4 have been baked once, even if they are added to the same resin (diluted with a solvent), the coating material will not peel off from the surface of the particles. What has been described above is only one example of the manufacturing method according to the present invention, and the method can also be used when the raw material for forming a granular coating film and the coating film are colored.

As described above, according to the method for manufacturing a highly weather-resistant metal plate having a pseudo-mortar lysine surface according to the present invention,
In other words, coating particles that are completely coated with a coating film made by baking granular materials that are easily disintegrated are added to the paint.
It has characteristics that are far superior to the weather resistance of the pseudo-mortar lysine surface on which it is sprayed, and it has the characteristic that a coated surface with such weather resistance can be obtained by the same painting process as before. . Furthermore, since the metal plate is limited to a metal plate that has a protective coating as described above, it actually has several layers of protective coating, so there is no rust or corrosion of the metal plate, and the weather resistance of the metal plate itself is improved. It also has great features. In addition, because we actively formed irregularities on the surface of the coating, there were many pinholes or gaps that could not be visually confirmed at the bond between the coating and the particles. Since the is coated with a coating film, the wetting and adhesion between the two is good, and such conditions rarely occur, and the coating particles do not peel off from the painted surface, resulting in a strong coating. It is characterized by significantly enhanced weather resistance.
