及び第７図はこの考案の一実施例によるころがり軸受の
潤滑装置を示す縦断面図で、第３図は静止時を、第７図
は回転時を示す。第４図は第３図のＩＶ−ＩＶ線断面を
示す断面図、第５図は第４図の■−■線断面を示す断面
図、第６図は第３図の０部の拡大図、第８図はこの考案
の他の実施例を示す断面図、第９図はこの考案の一実施
例によるオリフィスの穴径と軸受供給油量及び軸受温度
との関係を示す図である。 一図中、１は回転軸、２はころがり軸受、３は軸受ハウ
ジッグ、４は油槽、６は潤滑油、７はせき、８は油溜り
部、９は給油路、１０はオリフィス、１１は穴である。 なお、図中同一符号は同−又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　回転軸を支承するころがり軸受、このころが
    り軸受を支持する軸受ハウジング、この軸受ハウジング
    に設けられ潤滑油を貯溜する油槽、この油槽と上記ころ
    がり軸受間を隔て、上記ころがり軸受の一部を浸漬させ
    る油溜り部を形成するせき、上記油槽と油溜り部間を連
    通し、その一部が所定断面積に形成された給油路を備え
    たころがり軸受の潤滑装置。
  2. （２）給油路に所定断面積の穴を有するオリフィスが装
    着されたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載のころがり軸受の潤滑装置。
