Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a still picture and a slow reproducing picture without any blurring even for a photographed picture of a high speed moving body by taking the unit of picture reproduction as one scanning line group for reproducing repetitively the unit. CONSTITUTION:In case of still picture reproduction, a picture signal A of one scanning line group of a reproduced screen is transmitted repetitively from a picture signal reproducer (VTR) to a picture signal synchronizing device A (VSS). The VSS receiving this picture signal converts this picture signal and the picture signal of one frame screen is formed by interlacing of N-scanning line groups and the result is transmitted to a picture reproducer TV. The TV receiving the picture signal from the VSS reproduces the picture. In case of slow reproduction, the picture signal of each scanning line group is transmitted sequentially to the VSS by M times each when the reproducing speed ratio is 1/M in comparison with the conventional speed. The TV reproduces the picture same as the case with the reproduction of the still picture.
