Ａ−Ａ線における切断側面図である。 １・・・ウレタンフオーム原液注入口、２・・・真空断
熱材、３・・・プラスチック成形品扉枠又は鋼板扉、４
・・・真空引き封止切り口、５・・・ウレタンフオーム
、６・・・ハンドル、７・・・外板。 ：。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　プラスチック成形品扉枠３と外板７とドアライナー
    とを組合せて出来る空間部に、高真空断熱材２を配設結
    合した上で、その空間部に断熱と接着を目的にしたウレ
    タンフオーム５を現場発泡により充填する様にした断熱
    扉に於いて、前記プラスチック成形品扉枠３の下側底部
    中心又はその近傍に断熱と接竺を兼ねるためのウレタン
    フオーム５の原液を、注入発泡するための□　　、　注
    入口１を配設する構造としたことを特徴とする真空断熱
    材配設構造。 ２　前記真空断熱材２を配設するため、注入口１がプラ
    スチック成形品扉枠又は鋼板扉３の下側底部の中心又は
    その近傍に、断熱と接着を目的としたウレタンフオーム
    ５を注入発泡するために、複数の注入口１を形成させる
    構造とした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項の真空断熱材
    配設構造。
