Abstract

PURPOSE:To adjust the threshold level of switching characteristic with a high accuracy by a method wherein a triangular waveform corresponding to the threshold level of the final target for trimming is inputted to a circuit module. CONSTITUTION:A basic clock array (a) is generated 4, and the triangular wave (c) which synchronizes and whose wave high value corresponds to desired threshold level widths 2g and 2f is generated 5. When trimming is started by inputting 6a to the circuit module 6, the threshold level varies according to the variation of an internal resistance 6c; when it is between the widths 2g and 2f, an output terminal 6b starts socillation (d). The control signal (e) for stopping the trimming is generated 8 by detecting 7 the oscillation (d). In this constitution, since switching actions are repeated and detected by means of the triangular wave, malfunction does not occur even when noises come in during trimming, therefore the purposed trimming can be performed. Besides, there is no hysteresis error because of the input of the triangular wave of the wave high value corresponding to the purposed levels 2g and 2f to the circuit module, and then the trimming of high speed and high accuracy can be performed by means of the signal (b) divided 9 in synchronizing with the triangular wave.

Configuration of conventional example and its problems As shown in FIG. 1, in a circuit module 1 having an input end 1a, an output end 1b, and an internal paper 1C, as shown in FIG. If the switching characteristics change the internal resistance 1C, then 2
There is a switching circuit that changes as 0.2 (i, 28).When input voltage (hereinafter referred to as threshold/uphold level) for switching in this circuit is inserted between Q2 f and 2g, conventionally, as shown in Fig. 3 As shown in , the output 1b of circuit module 1 and (2'a + 2 b ) /2
Using the reference voltage generator 2 and voltage comparator 3 set to , fix the input voltage to an arbitrary value between 2f and 2g, and detect the change in the output voltage value of the circuit module 1 from 2a to 2b, Trimming stop control is being performed. 3
a is a trimming stop control signal output terminal. In this case, the switching operation is likely to malfunction due to noise from inside and outside the device, and the switching operation is fast at 2f, 2g.
Since the intervals between the two are often narrow, trimming defects may occur frequently.

As described above, the present invention repeatedly detects the switching operation using a triangular wave, so even if noise occurs during trimming, the trimming stop control signal will not be held and the desired trimming can be performed. In order to input to the circuit module input terminal 6a as a triangular wave with a peak value corresponding to the desired sh1noshold level 2g, 2f,
Since no switching hysteresis error occurs, highly accurate trimming is possible. Furthermore, since a synchronous signal as shown in FIG. 5, which is frequency-divided synchronously with a triangular wave, can be used to drive the cutting head, high-speed and high-precision trimming can be performed.
