Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a dielectric film by stopping the application of high voltage, by separating a transfer roller from the dielectric film when the trouble or the paper jamming of a recording paper storing part is detected by a recording paper position sensor. CONSTITUTION:When paper jamming is generated in a recording paper storing part 4 and recording paper 4' is not detected by a recording paper position sensor 5, a transfer roller raising and lowering mechanism part 9 is operated to downwardly move a transfer roller 6 to separate the same from the surface of the dielectric film 1 and the toner of a visible image on the surface of the dielectric film is prevented from being adhered to the surface of the transfer roller 6. In addition, the supply of voltage to be applied from a contact element 10 is stopped by the downward movement of the transfer roller 6 and the voltage applied to the dielectric film is also stopped.

When the dielectric film 1 with the developed visible image reaches the position of the transfer roller 6.6-1, the recording paper 4' sent out from the recording paper storage section 4 is detected by the recording paper detection sensor 5. The dielectric film 10 is sent to the transfer roller 6 and inserted into the transfer roller (C) in synchronization with the visual image.

A pressure for transfer is applied to the transfer roller 6.6-1, which presses the recording paper 4' and the dielectric film having the developed visible image passing through the transfer roller, and also presses the recording paper 4' between the transfer roller. By applying a voltage to the dielectric film 17, a visible image on the dielectric film 17 is transferred to the recording paper 4'. The transferred visible image on the recording paper 4' is fixed by a fixing device 7.

During the above printing process, if the recording paper storage section 4 malfunctions or a paper jam occurs and the recording paper 4' does not reach the position of the transfer roller 6, the visible image on the dielectric film 1 will not stick to the transfer roller 6. However, this method has the disadvantage that it stains the transfer roller 6 and stains the recording paper of the next bullet. Further, a recording paper 4 is provided between the dielectric film 1 and the transfer roller 6.
' is not inserted, an unnecessary high direct pressure will be applied to the dielectric film 1, resulting in disadvantages such as sleep deprivation and damage to the raw film.

During the above printer operation, a jam occurs in the recording paper storage section 4, and the recording paper position detection sensor 5VC records the paper 4'.
is not detected within a specified time, the transfer roller human groove part 9 such as a plunger magnet is activated, and the transfer roller 6 moves downward (in the direction of arrow N) and separates from the surface of the dielectric film 1. This prevents the toner of the visible image on the surface of the transfer row 26 from adhering to the surface of the transfer row 26. Then, due to the downward movement of the transfer row 26, the supply of the applied voltage from the contactor 10 is stopped, and the voltage applied to the dielectric film is also stopped.

(1) As described in detail, according to the present invention, when a paper jam occurs,
There was a concern that the visible image on the surface of the dielectric film would stain the transfer roller, which would stain the next recording paper to be inserted. However, in the present invention, when the paper jam is detected by the recording paper position detection sensor, The transfer roller 6 is moved downward and separated from the dielectric film by the operation of the transfer roller upper slave groove drive unit 9 in response to the detection signal, which has the advantage of preventing the transfer roller from being contaminated by visible images on the surface of the dielectric film. be.
