Abstract

PURPOSE:To securely drop a spool to a predetermined part, by a method wherein the shape of a chuck surface is made to be substantially the same as that of a part to be chucked of a spool, and a hollow shaft is oscillated in such a direction that an opening part of chuck elements is located on the lower side when releasing the spool. CONSTITUTION:The hollow shaft 2 is fixed to an upper part 1a of a main body 1 of the chuck U-shaped in cross section and having a lower part 1b constituting a one-side chuck element as a fixed chuck element 41, a movable chuck element 42 tapered to conform to the taper of the spool S is connected directly to a driving shaft 3 penetrating through the shaft 2, and the spool S is chucked in the axial direction thereof. When discharging the spool S, the shaft 2 is oscillated, the movable chuck element 42 is moved upward to open the chuck elements 4, and the spool S is released to drop under its own weight. フトを揺動してチャンクしたスプールを解放し自重落下
によシ放出するようにした樹脂成形機におけるスプール
取出し用チャック装置において、上記チャック爪をチャ
、り本体の水平部よりなる固定爪と、チャック本体の上
部を貫通して延在する上記駆動シャフトの先端に連結さ
れ上記固定爪と平行に対向する可動爪とで構成すると共
にそのチャ、り面の形状をスプールチャック部の形状と
略同−にし、かつ、スプール解放時にチャック爪の開口
部が下方になる方向に上記中空シャフトを揺動するよう
にしたことを特徴とする樹脂成形機におけるスプール取
出し用チャック装置。
