本発明は樹脂成形機の自動連続運転中におい
て、スプールを取り出すためのスプール取出し用

(従来例の構成とその問題点)
第1図は従来のスプール取出し用チヤツク装置
を示したもので、図示のようにチヤツク本体1と
一体になつた中空シヤフト2の中にチヤツク爪駆
動シヤフト3が挿入されており、チヤツク爪4の
開閉動作は駆動シヤフト3の先端に加工されたラ
ツク3aとチヤツク爪4に加工された歯車4aと
の噛み合いによつて軸Aを支点として行なわれ
る。そして、第2図aに示すように駆動シヤフト
を作動させてチヤツク爪4を閉じスプールSをチ
ヤツクし、中空シヤフト2を揺動させることによ
りチヤツク本体1を図示に示す位置に移動させ、
チヤツク爪4を開いてスプールSを解放し自重落
下させることによりスプールの取出しを行なうも

(発明の目的)
本発明は、上記従来のスプール取出し用チヤツ
ク装置が有していた欠点を解決するためになされ
たもので、駆動圧力伝達効率の向上とチヤツク接
触面の拡大を図ると共に、確実にスプールを一定
の箇所へ落下させることができるスプール取出し
用チヤツク装置を提供することを目的とするもの

(発明の構成)
上記目的を達成するために本発明は、断面コ字
状のチヤツク本体と、チヤツク本体の上辺にチヤ
ツク本体の内部に連通する如く植立された中空シ
ヤフトと、中空シヤフトおよびチヤツク本体の上
辺を貫いて軸方向に摺動自在に設けられた駆動シ
ヤフトと、駆動シヤフトのチヤツク本体内の先端
に装着されたチヤツク可動爪とを備え、チヤツク
本体の下辺とチヤツク可動爪との間にスプールを
チヤツクし、且つチヤツク本体を揺動させた後ス
プールのチヤツクを解放するスプール取出し用チ
ヤツク装置を有する樹脂成形機であつて、チヤツ
ク可動爪のチヤツク面がチヤツク本体のコの字の
開口方向に対して垂直な方向においてスプールの
テーパーとほぼ同一のテーパーを具えており、且
つチヤツク本体の揺動方向が前記開口方向と反対

(実施例の説明)
以下、本発明の一実施例を第3図〜第5図にも
とずいて説明する。チヤツク本体1は上辺1a、
下辺1bを備えた断面コ字状になつており、その
下辺1bが固定爪41として一方のチヤツク爪を
構成している。他方のチヤツク爪を構成する可動
爪42は図示のようにスプールSのテーパーに合
わせたテーパーが設けられており、チヤツク本体
1の上辺1aを貫通する駆動シヤフト3に直接連
結されている。本発明のチヤツク爪はこのように
本体側の固定爪41と駆動シヤフト3に連結され
る可動爪42とから成り、かつ、スプールSをそ
の軸がチヤツク本体1のコの字の開口方向と垂直
になるようにチヤツクする構成になつている。そ
して、スプールを放出する場合は第5図に示すよ
うに中空シヤフト2をチヤツク本体の前記開口方
向と反対側に揺動し、可動爪42を上方に移動さ
せたチヤツク爪4を開くことによりスプールSを
解放し自重落下させて所定箇所に放出するもので

チヤツク爪にスプールのテーパーと同じ傾斜を持
たせた横型チヤツクであるため、小型で強力なチ
ヤツク力が発揮でき、しかもスプールを解放する
状態においてチヤツク爪の開口部が下方向にくる
ため確実なスプール排出が可能となる。従つて樹
脂成形機の連続自動運転中におけるスプールのチ
ヤツクミス、スプールの落下ミスを確実に防止で

チヤツクし、且つチヤツク本体1を揺動させた後
スプールSのチヤツクを解放するスプール取出し
用チヤツク装置を有する樹脂成形機であつて、チ
ヤツク可動爪42のチヤツク面がチヤツク本体1
のコの字の開口方向に対して垂直な方向において
スプールSのテーパーとほぼ同一のテーパーを具
えており、且つチヤツク本体1の揺動方向が前記
開口方向と反対方向であることを特徴とするスプ
