うち入力及び出力用変換器を取付けていない端面で折返
し反射し、その後再び該第1及び第2の端面の夫々に偶
数回反射して該出力用変換器に到達するよう該第1及び
第2の端面の長さを選定したことを特徴とする超音波遅
