【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、サイドレールとルーフパネルの間を車室内換
気用の空気通路とするように構威した車両の車体構造の
改良に関するものである。

一般にトラック系および廉価車等においては、車体上方
に配設されるルーフサイドレールの車室内側、ピラーの
車室内側等を板金塗装のみで仕上げ、天井内張りは防音
、断熱のパッド材と表皮とが一体となった2〜3層の積
層体をルーフパネル車室側面へ直接に接着するように構
威された車体構造を有するものが多く、この場合上記積
層体から戒る天井内張り材の端縁を上記ルーフサイドレ
ールの内側まで差し込んで接着すれば、同内張り材の端
縁仕上げを必要とせずに美観を向上させることができる

り材5が第2図に鎖線で示すようにルーフパネル1から
剥離して上記隙間6を閉塞し、室内7の換気が十分に行
なわれなくなるという不具合があった。

ネル内面に貼着される天井内張り材の外周縁を上記内側
縁とルーフパネル内面との間に存する隙間から上記空気
通路内に臨むようにしたものにおいて、上記天井内張り
材に対向する上記サイドレール内側縁にその長手方向に
沿って切欠きを形威し、同切欠きを介して上記空気通路
と車室内とを連通せしめるように構戊したことを特徴と
する車体構造を要旨とし、上記のように天井内張り材の
端縁に剥離が生じても、上記切欠きにより車室内と空気
通路との連通を確保し、車室内の換気を正常に行なうこ
とができる等の効果を奏するものである。
