部に、周壁４を着脱自在に螺合させた塗布部材３とを有
し、該塗布部材は、上記口頚部に下半部を螺合させた周
壁４の内面から突出させて上記容器体内に外筒７を垂下
させた絞り部材５と、該絞り部材周壁の上半部に螺合さ
せた頭部１０から、上記外筒を挿通させて中棒１１を垂
下させ、外筒下方に突出する中棒下部の外面に、中棒に
対してほぼ水平にかつ放射状に多数の弾性ブラシ毛を植
設させて塗布用ブラシ部１２を形成させた作動部材９と
からなり、上記絞り部材の周壁に対して作動部材頭部を
弛め方向に回すことで、上方ブラシ毛の基部が外筒下部
内に引き込まれ、かつ該ブラシ毛中間部が外筒下端に圧
接することで、塗布用ブラシ部の上部外形がテーパ状に
弾性変形可能に形成させたことを特徴とする液体塗布容
