操作筒体３と、該操作筒体外面に、頂壁１５周縁から垂
設させた周壁１６を螺合させると共に、下端に化粧液塗
布用ブラシ１７を付設させた塗布棒１８を上記頂壁内面
から容器体内へ垂設させた塗布棒付きキャップ１４とを
有し、上記操作筒体の上部内面部を容器体口頚部の上方
へ張出しさせて、該張出し部下端に、容器体口頚部の上
端面との間に位置させて、筒部８内面に内向きフランジ
状部９を付設させた弾性変形可能な筒状圧縮部材７を、
フランジ状部の透孔９ａ内に上記塗布棒を挿通させて固
着させておき、上記容器体口頚部上端と上記張出し部下
端とによる圧縮部材筒部８の圧縮度を変化させることで
、上記フランジ状部の透孔径を可変となし、該変化によ
り上記化粧液塗布用ブラシの絞りを可変にしたことを特
