閉する弁体をスプリングホルダを介して取付け、負圧室
に収納されたスプリング＋Ｅｒるダイアフラムへの押圧
力と負圧室へ供給される負圧によるダイヤフラムへの吸
引力とのバランスにより開閉制御される排ガス制御バル
ブにおいて、スプリングホルダの負王室外面側あるいは
ハウジング部に熱冷却媒体を取付けたことを特徴とする
