Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable safe and efficient painting on outdoor pipings, etc. by providing tiltably and rotatably a stage at the top end of the crane boom of a truck crane and erecting plural rows of assembled scaffoldings on the stage. CONSTITUTION:A stage 3 is provided to the top end of a boom 2 of a self- traveling crane, such as a truck crane 1, and several rows of assembled scaffoldings 4 are erected on the stage 3. The stage 3 is axially mounted by means of a shaft 8 to the top end of the boom and is made tiltable and rotatable by means of a cylinder 5. The stage 3 is constituted of a foundation stage 6 and an auxiliary stage 7 extending or contracting to the right or left. The scaffoldings 4 are erected in the central part of the stage 6 and at the end edges of the stage 7. Simultaneous painting of plural pipings 9 is thus made possible and the need for assembling the scaffoldings is eliminated.

造物の塗装を安全がつ効率よく行なうのに好適な塗装用
足場装置に関するものでるる。

多い。これら配管は雨曝しでるるうえ工場から排出され
る腐食性ガスなどの影響で腐食が激しく、度々塗装をし
なおす必要がある。

分解、組立を繰返して順次移動しなければならず、塗装
作業よりも足場組の作業に手間と時間がかがるものであ
った。
