DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a nonwoven packaging fabric that significantly improves the packaging work of a nonwoven fabric wound around a paper tube and electrostatic damage.

Conventionally, when producing bulky non-woven fabrics with a thickness of 2 mm or more, especially padded cotton, the fabric is wound up into a cylindrical paper tube made of ordinary cardboard such as J- shown in Figure 1, and packaged in a plastic bag. However, such packages have a large volume and therefore have the disadvantage of high transportation costs.

Therefore, in order to reduce the bulk before transportation, the opening of the bag is tightened, and air is suctioned and compressed from the opening using a stage σ1 device, and the opening is tied with a com band or the like to prevent air from entering the bag. It's packaged. However, this work requires great skill, and if you are not used to it, the other end of the cylindrical paper tube may fall into the bag when suctioning.
It often happens that a part of the bag that is in close contact with the bag gets sucked into the paper tube and damages the bag. Also, even if the package is unpacked during use, the package will remain in the compressed state for a long time until use.
It took a very long time to recover to its original state as it was stored in a cold storage room. Therefore, hot air is blown in to increase the recovery speed, but since the paper tube has no air permeability, the hot air does not spread throughout the package 1, resulting in only partial recovery, and the overall recovery to the original bulk. was difficult.

In addition, interlining for clothing is wrapped in paper or polyethylene sheets, and both ends are folded and sealed.
It has the disadvantage that contact with the outside air cannot be obtained, and static electricity accumulated in processes before the packaging process does not leak out, causing static electricity damage when used as an interlining.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks, and provides a nonwoven packaging fabric that significantly improves the packaging efficiency and bulk recovery speed of nonwoven fabrics, as well as significantly alleviating electrostatic damage.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be explained based on all the drawings. As shown in FIG.
Perforations are made regularly or randomly over almost the entire surface, and as shown in FIG.
9, store the rolled up cotton wadding in a plastic bag 4, insert the suction σ1 nozzle of the suction device into one end of the wrapping paper tube, squeeze out the 0 of the bag, and remove the cotton wadding. After sucking the air through the holes made in the paper tube until the outside diameter of the rolled cotton batting reaches the specified diameter and reducing the bulk, the suction nozzle is pulled out from the paper tube and the plastic bag is immediately removed. Rubber band, tape,
A fastener 5 such as a string was used to bind and form a non-woven fabric wrapping vJ6. Incidentally, the holes 2 of the paper tube 1 are formed over substantially the entire circumferential surface that comes into contact with the cotton pad 3. Further, the other end of the paper tube 1 is sometimes closed.

When unpacking and using the above-mentioned padded cotton, in order to immediately recover the bulk, a hot air blowing nozzle is inserted into one end of the paper tube and all the hot air is blown. It was distributed throughout the cotton padding through the numerous holes drilled in the circumferential surface, and the cotton pad was able to rapidly restore its original bulk and thickness.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, a clothing interlining 6' or cotton padding is spirally wound around the paper tube 1, and a sheet 7 of vinyl, polyethylene, paper, etc. is wrapped around both ends of the paper tube 8. The sheet was bound and fixed on the paper tube with a fastener 5 such as a rubber band, tape, string, etc., so that outside air could pass through the inner door 9 of the paper tube without being charged, and a nonwoven fabric wrapping cloth 6 was formed. Since both ends of the above-mentioned packaging material are open, outside air freely enters and exits from both ends of the paper tube, and comes into contact with the wound interlining or cotton padding through the pores of the paper tube. Alternatively, the static electricity accumulated in the padded cotton is reduced, and the static electricity damage when using the interlining or padded cotton is significantly alleviated and reduced. It can reduce storage and transportation costs by reducing the volume, shorten the bulk recovery time when using padded cotton, and alleviate static electricity damage when using padded cotton and nonwoven fabrics such as interlining for clothing by naturally discharging. This invention has the following effects, such as being able to prevent the above.
