Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （発明の利用分野） 本発明は交換機筐体の扉のストッパー構造に関するもの
である。
（従来技術） 従来技術を第１図により説明する。筐体１がら鋼板をＬ
形に折曲げ先端にヒンジピン２を晟けたヒンジ３を出丁
。扉４には扉４を９０°以上開けられる様切欠５を設け
、更に扉４がヒンジ３に当って止まる様にするため扉４
が変形しない様ｓ４に補強板６を溶接する。これによる
と扉にはヒンジの受金物とは別に補強板が必要であシ、
又、扉を切欠するため加工工数が増し、外観も悪くなる
。又、筐体内にヒンジを設けるため、筐体内への装置実
装の制約を受け、実装数低減と、装置実装スペースの効
率化をはかるの上、下部の内側にヒンジ受金物７を設け
る。
ヒンジ受金物７０１部がＪｉ！４がら上、下に突出る様
切起し部８を設けておく、筐体１からは平板を折シ曲げ
たヒンジ５を設け、更に扉４が回転した時前記の切起し
部８が当る様、切残し部９を設けておく。切残し部９は
扉４の必要開放角度に来た時に切起し部８が浩る様任意
の長さため大巾に減少し、扉自体の加工性も向上するヵ
又、ヒンジおよびストッパーを筐体外の上、下に設けて
いるため装置実装における制約がなく、外観上も余シ目
立たない構造とすることが出来る。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １、　交換機用筐体の扉が扉の上下部をヒンジで受ける
    扉構造において、扉の上下部に扉よシ突出た切起し部を
    設け、扉が回転した際、筐体側のヒンジにはその切起し
    部が当る様金物を用意した事を特徴とする筐体の扉スト
    ッパー構造。
