の対向二側面に軸方向に溝を設け、角筒誘電体ブロック
の内周面に内導体電極を設けてなる単位誘電体同軸TE
M共振器を少なくとも1以上有し、その溝同士を対向さ
せて接着もしくは溶着したことを特徴とする段数自在分
布定数形フィルタ。
