側面に互いに導通する外導体電極を設けをるとともに残
りの一側面に軸方向に溝を設は角筒誘電体ブロックの内
周面に内導体電極を設けてなる単位誘電体同軸ＴＥＭ共
振器同士をその溝同士を対向させて接着もしくは溶着す
るか、または、それらの間に、中間段となるべき、角筒
誘電体ブロックの対向二側面に外導体電極を設け、残り
の対向二側面に軸方向に溝を設け、角筒誘電体ブロック
の内周面に内導体電極を設けてなる単位誘電体同軸ＴＥ
Ｍ共振器を少なくとも１以上有し、その溝同士を対向さ
せて接着もしくは溶着したことを特徴とする段数自在分
