Claims (1)

自動車車体の両側のサイドパネルを該車体のフロアとル
ーフとに溶接結合する溶接治具を備える自動車車体の組
立装置であって、これらフロアと両サイドパネルとルー
フとを該セット台車上にセットした状態で該セット位置
から該溶接位置に搬送して該溶接治具に受渡し自在とす
るものにおいて、該セット位置の後方にプリセット位置
を設け、該プリセット位置に、該フロアと該両サイドパ
ネルと該ルーフとを各搬入してこれらを所定のセット状
態に組付ける各搬入装置を備えると共に、該プリセット
位置と該セット位置との間に往復動自在の移載装置を設
けて、該移載装置により該フロアと該両サイドパネルと
該ルーフとを該セット状態で該セット位置に待機する該
セット台車上に搬送セットするようにしたことを特徴と
する自動車車体の組立装置。 2 該移載装置は、セット位置とプリセット位置との間
のライン両側に該セット位置と該プリセット位置との間
に往復動自在に且つ昇降自在に設けた1対のユニットで
構成され、該各ユニットに、フロアと両サイドパネルと
ルーフとを所定のセット状態でその両側方から位置決め
囁固定する保持部材を設けると共に、該両ユニットを互
に同期させて往復動及び昇降動させる同期機構を備えた
ことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載の自動車車
