の摩擦熱による膨張歪を溝穴(に)で吸収するようにし
ているが、この溝穴1−1は丸鋸の基板(イ)を単に貫
通したものであり、該溝穴(に)が小さく基板(イ)と
被切断材との接触面積が大きい場合、基板(イ)の剛性
は保たれ基板(イ)は撓むことはないが被切断材の弾性
により基板(イ)が被切断材に挾み込まれると大きな負
荷が丸鋸刃に加わり丸鋸刃で効率良く被切断材を切断す
ることができないという問題点があり、この問題点を解
決するだめに貫通孔を大きくした場合、基板(イ)の剛
性が低下し、第10図に示すように、切断時の抵抗(ロ
