Claims (1)

りも大であり、それによって、前記ボールが前記シール
部材の床部に隣接して位置された時、前記シール部材の
側壁の外面が外方に変形されて前記ガス口の孔の壁に向
ってしっかりと押圧されてシールを形成するようになっ
ており、前記シール部材の内壁面と前記ボールとの間に
は、前記シール部材の内部を排気するため、前記ボール
の、シール部材の床部に向いた側からその反対側にガス
を流すことができるバイパス通路が形成されている圧力
