    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. カップ状の容器本体１の口縁の周りに、リング４を破断
    可能に連設させ、該リングの一部に取手５を付設させ、
    容器本体１０頂面及びリング４上面にシール部材６を貼
    着させて、該シール部材によって容器本体１０部を閉塞
    させたことを特徴とする食料品容器。
