Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ブレーキレバーと該ブレーキレバーに付設された解除機
    構を有する駐車ブレーキ装置において、ブレーキレバー
    が引かれていることを検知する第１の検知器と、クラッ
    チが接続されていることを検知する第２の検知器と、ア
    クセルペダルが踏まれていることを検知する第３の検知
    器と、変速機が所定の変速段にシフトされることを検知
    する第４の検知器と、エンジンが所定の回転数以上であ
    ることを検知する第５の検知器とを有し、前記第１から
    第５までの検知器の全部が検知出力を出した蒔のみ前記
    解除機構を作動させることを特徴とする駐車ブレーキの
    自動解除装置。
