Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は、例えは衣類乾燥機のような機器に」、・いて
、除湿や熱交換のためVこ用いる熱交換器(f(関する
ものである。
従来例の構成とその問題点 従来、例えは衣類乾燥機においては、高温多湿空気の除
湿、熱交換を行うために、銅・くイブの周囲にアルミニ
ウム薄板からなる放熱フィンを有する熱交換器を使用し
ていた。
しかし、このよう々銅〕々イグを用いた熱交換器では、
内径側の伝熱面積が少なくて熱交換率が悪いという欠点
があった。また銅パイプの本数を多くして内径側すなわ
ち高温側の伝熱面積を多く取ろうとすると、銅パイプの
使用量が多くなって省介源・省エネルギー化が図れず、
しかも、アルミニウムフィン、銅パイプの腐食などの問
題点かあった。
発明の目的 本発明は高温側の熱伝導面積を多くし7て熱伝導効率を
向−」二させてもコスト高になることはなく、また軽i
4化を(はかるととがてきる熱交換器を提供するもので
ある。
究明の構成 本発明は合成樹脂製の複数本の薄膜チューブを熱交換チ
ューブとして熱交換器を構成するものであり、!t、′
I′に、薄膜チューブの両端をそれぞれ保持する支持板
を設け、この支持板間の熱交換チューブの相互を連絡し
た仕切り板を設けたものである。
これにより、高温側と低高側の圧力差か比較的少ない、
例えH,水極圧O〜10omitb程度の衣類乾燥機、
空気調和機等に適した熱交換器を得るものである。
実施例の説明 以下、本発明の詳細な説明する。軽量でかつ耐食性に富
む合成樹脂製のチューブとして、例えば、ポリアミドチ
ューブを使用し、かつ、このポリアミドチューブは、肉
厚を0.2〜0.06mtbとして熱交換性能を充分に
発揮し得るようにしている0第1図に示す薄肉のポリア
ミドチューブ1(肉厚0.20〜0.05■)を第2図
に示すように必要寸法に切断してなる複数本の熱交換チ
ューブ1aは、その両端を合成樹脂製の保持板2,2の
孔2aへ等間隔に挿入し、接着剤で固定する。そして、
保持板2,2間に位置する熱交換チューブ1a。
1a・・の途中部分には、熱交換チューブ1a、1a・
・・相互間を連絡するように、適当間隔を介し仕切板3
を配している。保持板2,2間が2008のとき、仕切
板3を1〜2枚設けたことにより、良好な結果を得られ
た。
ここで、仕切板3がない場合は、第4図、第5図に示す
ように、熱交換器の温度が上昇にともなって、熱交換チ
ューブ1a、1a・・・が伸び、ついては、ランダムな
方向に変形してしまい、風の流通b」能な部位とそうで
ない部位が生じ、熱交換性能が低下してしまう。
しかるに、本実施例においては、付切板3を設けたこと
により、熱交換チューブの変形を防止することができる
のみならず、風の流通方向を制御する役割りを果たし、
性能のよい熱交換器を得ることができる。なお仕切り板
3の構成材料としては、軽量な金属薄板、樹脂板が使用
できる。
発明の効果 上記実施例から明らかなように本発明によれば、合成樹
脂製の熱交換チューブの良好な熱伝導効率によって、優
れた除湿、熱交換性能を発揮し得、さらに、仕切り板に
より、風の流通方向のきょう正と、熱交換チューブの変
形防止ならひにチューブ相互間の間隔の適正保持を行い
、品質の安定化を図ることができ、しかも軽量化、耐腐
食性の向上が図れる。

  1. 合成樹脂製の複数本の熱交換チューブと、この熱交換チ
    ューブの両端部を保持する合成樹脂製の保持板と、この
    両保持板間の熱交換チューブの相互を連絡した仕切り板
    とを備えた熱交換器。
