A pulp chamber 4 in which a pulp device 3 is arranged, a spark plug 5 provided in the combustion chamber 1, and a pulp chamber 4
A main body consisting of a casing 8 that houses a starting blower 6, a pulp chamber 4, a starting blower 6, etc. located on the upstream side of the main body, an air supply muffler 9 connected to the air supply side and an exhaust side, and an exhaust 77 It is composed of lO, etc.

However, once a self-exciting cycle is formed, negative pressure is generated in the combustion chamber 1, and combustion air is automatically sucked through the air supply muffler 9, pulp chamber 4, and valve device 3. Furthermore, combustion continues due to spontaneous ignition. The combustion gas after the explosion passes through the exhaust pipe 2 and is discharged to the outside from the exhaust muffler 10.

Because it ignites spontaneously, it has many advantages, such as reducing the running costs required to drive spark plugs and blowers. However, due to the excessive noise generated during combustion, it has been difficult to commercialize it despite the many advantages mentioned above. Conventionally, as a means of noise reduction, an air supply muffler 9 and an exhaust muffler 10 have been installed as shown in the figure to reduce the air supply and exhaust noise. The noise often leaked from the casing 8 to the outside, and the sound insulation effect was not sufficient. In addition, since the pulp collision sound mainly has low frequency components, it is difficult to muffle the sound with a muffler, and furthermore, mechanical vibrations may be generated in the valve chamber 4 and the like, increasing the noise level. In addition, from the viewpoint of combustion characteristics, in conventional configurations, the temperature of the air supply section rises while combustion continues, creating thermal resistance, making it impossible to suck in the required amount of air, resulting in incomplete combustion and deterioration of exhaust gas characteristics. This phenomenon was likely to occur.

In addition, in the figure, the same parts as in FIG. 1 are given the same reference numerals. In FIG. 2, 8' is a casing disposed around the pulp chamber 4, which has a structure that can be filled with water as shown in the figure, and has a cooling water supply port 8'a in the lower part. Discharge ports s/b are provided in the upper part, respectively.

Since the structure is such that the pulp chamber is cooled by cooling the pulp chamber, an increase in temperature of the air supply section can be suppressed. In addition,
In this embodiment, the air supply muffler 9 and the starting blower 6 are arranged as shown in the figure, so that the casing 8' can be constructed with a simple structure. Further, the transfer of heat from the hot water storage chamber 7 can be almost prevented by using a material with high heat insulation properties at the joint between the casing 8' and the hot water storage chamber 7, for example.

。(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention has a structure in which the pulp chamber is surrounded by a casing filled with water. Collision noise can be effectively reduced. Furthermore, even when mechanical vibrations occur in the valve chamber, the water surrounding the valve chamber has a sound absorbing effect and works to suppress an increase in the noise level. Furthermore, from the viewpoint of combustion characteristics, the valve chamber is water-cooled, so while combustion continues, the temperature of the air supply section rises and creates thermal resistance, making it impossible to suck in the required amount of air. It does not cause incomplete combustion and deteriorate exhaust gas characteristics, and can maintain good exhaust gas characteristics at all times.
