と、この皿状板9内に位置するゴム板11と、このゴム
板11上面に感熱素子12を設け、さらに、この感熱素
子12上に、ゴムシート13を載置してなり、前記皿状
板9、ゴム板11、感熱素子12およびゴムシート13
を、感熱動体7の上端鍔部8と、受熱キャップ14によ
