Conventionally, anti-mold paints are made by mixing an anti-mold agent (hereinafter referred to as an anti-mold agent) into a liquid paint that is either water-based or solvent-based, and then applying this to the object and allowing it to harden. Met. However, the application of liquid paints involved highly sophisticated techniques and difficulties, as the liquid paints caused splashes of paint, took a long time to dry, and used solvents that were harmful to the human body. Furthermore, when applying conventional anti-mold paints to areas where mold has already grown, it is necessary to perform a double process of first sterilizing the mold and then applying the anti-mold paint. The problem was that it destroyed the anti-fungal paint film and continued to reproduce. Powder coatings, on the other hand, have high coating IIσ performance such as durability and chemical resistance, so they are used today in harsh applications that are difficult to use with liquid coatings, but they require specialized coating equipment and cannot be applied on-site. However, it was not a paint that anyone could use.

The thickness of the powder coating layer is usually about 30 to 200 microns. The interface between the powder coating layer and the underlying liquid coating layer after curing is heated and melted, so that the interface is not clearly separated but is mixed together. Mixing an antifungal agent into the resin of the powder coating is also more suitable for the purpose of the present invention.1゜Methods for heating and melting the powder coating include a drying oven for liquid coatings, a far-infrared device, or It is appropriate to use a hot air drying oven. The conditions in the drying oven are a temperature of 100°C to 20°C.
The temperature is about 0°C and the time is about 1 minute to 20 minutes. Furthermore, before heating and melting, it is possible to blow off the excess powder paint with an air blower or the like and collect it by suctioning it with a vacuum or the like to obtain an economical and beautiful uniform coating surface. By heating and melting the diameter, the powder coating will harden and form a continuous surface if it is naturally cooled.

The adhesives or pressure-sensitive adhesives used in the present invention include those that are activated by applying water or alcohol such as vinyl acetate and glue, heat-sensitive adhesives such as acrylic, and sensitive adhesives such as acrylic and rubber. What is called a pressure-sensitive adhesive is preferred. In any case, if it is not flexible after hardening, it will be inconvenient to store, transport, and install.

If the adhesive or pressure-sensitive adhesive is colored with dark pigments or dyes such as black, dark brown, or dark green, such as carbon blank, when the product of the present invention is attached to an object, the surface of the object will become dirty. It is possible to completely hide it. For example, if a white wall (object) has black mold mottled on it, you can remove the ugly mottled mold by pasting an invented product with an adhesive or adhesive colored black or dark. It is possible to completely hide the Appropriate mixing ratio of pigment or dye is about 3 to 10 coulometric ratios. If the amount is less than this, the hiding power will be poor and the purpose of mixing will not be achieved sufficiently, and if it is too much, the adhesive force of the adhesive or pressure-sensitive adhesive will be adversely affected.

The antifungal agents used in the present invention include 2-(4-thiazolyl)-bennimidazole (abbreviated as thiabendazole), Prebentol (product name manufactured by Bayer AG, West Germany), and Paina' Particularly preferred are compounds such as the following: safety, durability (longevity of medicinal efficacy), heat resistance, and remarkable efficacy against mold. Vinadine has particularly strong medicinal effects, and for safety reasons, it cannot be mixed into paints. However, it is safe when applied to adhesives or adhesives, and has a long track record in the United States. By mixing a large amount,
It is effective enough to kill mold that comes into contact with adhesives and adhesives.

The ratio of the antifungal agent mixed into the liquid paint, adhesive, or pressure-sensitive adhesive is approximately 0.05 to 1% by weight of the solid content. (
In the case of paint, it is the total weight of the solid content of powder paint and liquid paint and the weight ratio of the antifungal agent. ) If the amount of contamination is smaller than this, the anti-mold function will be desired, and there is nothing to be gained even if the amount is larger than this. The mixing method is toluene,
It is dissolved in a solvent such as methyl ethyl ketone and/or methyl ethyl ketone, and mixed into a solvent used for liquid paints, adhesives, or adhesives. 2 The separator used in the present invention may be any ordinary separator used for coating and protecting adhesives, and is not particularly limited.

If this manufacturing method is explained with reference to FIG. 1 Wc, the fibrous base material 1
An adhesive or pressure-sensitive adhesive 4 is applied and impregnated on one side of the. If necessary, this surface is covered and protected with a separator 6. Next, the remaining one side of the fibrous base material 1 is coated and impregnated with the liquid paint 2. Next, while the liquid coating material 2 is not being cured or after it has hardened, (a) the powder coating material 3 is dropped and scattered to make it adhere, or (b) the powder coating material 3 is charged with static electricity and made to adhere to it. After heating and melting this, if it is naturally cooled, the powder coating 3 will harden and form a continuous surface.

This is a method in which a mixture (2+3) of a liquid paint 2 and a powder paint 3 is prepared in advance, and this is applied to the remaining side of the fibrous base material 1 coated and impregnated with an adhesive or adhesive 4. In this case, a portion of the liquid paint 2 impregnates the fibrous base material 1, and penetrates evenly between the fibers. On the other hand, there is almost no infiltration between the powder coating fibers,
It is evenly attached to the fibers. The mixing ratio of powder paint 3 to liquid paint 2 is usually 0.5:1 to 1.5:1 in terms of dipping ratio.
The ratio is about 1:1, preferably about 1:1. If this is heat-welded and naturally cooled, the powder coating 3 will harden on the liquid coating 2 to form a continuous surface.

The products of the present invention are particularly valuable when used in areas where powder coating was not possible in the past. In other words, walls and ceilings where mold can easily grow, such as bathrooms, dressing rooms, kitchens, and Kitamukai Sen's rooms in ordinary homes, and mold-prone areas such as food factories, warehouses, inn kitchens, and hospital operating rooms. This includes the walls of buildings that should not be exposed. In use, if the product of the invention does not have a separator, the adhesive is subjected to the necessary treatments to activate it. That is, it is coated with water or alcohol (15) or heated with an iron or hair dryer. If the product of the present invention has a separator, it is only necessary to remove the separator and press the exposed adhesive to the object.

Also, unlike conventional powder coating, it does not require specialized equipment. In addition, since the coating film of the present invention has a continuous layer on the surface of the powder coating having high coating performance, it has excellent durability and
It has particularly good chemical resistance, and since it contains a mold-proofing agent in the coating, it can prevent mold from growing. Furthermore, by using a strong anti-mold agent in the adhesive or pressure-sensitive adhesive, it is possible to kill mold growing on the surface of the adhesive, which is impossible with conventional anti-mold paints.

Moreover, the product of the present invention is extremely flexible and has high tensile strength due to the fibrous base material, so even if the surface of the fruit has unevenness, it adapts well to the unevenness and can reproduce the shape well. It is possible to obtain a surface finish that is very similar to that obtained when applying liquid paint.
