PURPOSE:To improve the productivity by bending a circular coil unit aligned and wound intimately to manufacture a cylindrical element coil. CONSTITUTION:Bending projecting and recessing parts 7, 6 are pressed on circular coil units 5 which are aligned and intimately wound. The parts 6, 7 are alternately formed in even number on the entire periphery of the unit 5. The unit 5 is bent along the bending line at the conductor strips 8, 9 in such a manner that the one surfaces of the strips 8, 9 are intimately contacted in the recessing part 6 and the other surfaces of the strips 8, 9 are intimately contacted in the projecting part 7, and shaped so that the strips 8, 9 extend along the imaginary cylindrical surface 10 to form a cylindrical element coil 11.

Generally, a cylindrical wire body is used as the rotor of a coreless motor, the rotor of a thrower 1 motor, and the stator of a brushless motor. Conventionally, a method called a honeycomb method has been known as a method for manufacturing such wire wheels. In this honeycomb method, a 41 GA body is formed by rotating a cylindrical winding frame provided with a large number of bottles and winding the conducting wire in an oblique direction. In this honeycomb method, high-speed mechanical winding is difficult because the wire is wound while suppressing the slippage of the conductor due to tension when folding the end face.Especially when forming a wire ring that is long in the axial direction and has a small diameter, There is a problem of inefficiency since a hook pin is inserted to prevent the conductor from slipping. In addition to this honeycomb method, there is a method of diagonally winding around a non-metallic bobbin, but it is difficult to wind in close alignment, the bobbin has to be thick so that it can withstand the tension of the conductor, and the misalignment causes gaps. There are drawbacks such as increase in size and accumulation of inactive parts at both ends of the bobbin.

The cylindrical shape for electric motor of this invention is described below with reference to the drawings.
An example of the second manufacturing method will be described. FIG. 1 shows a jig for manufacturing a cylindrical wire ring for an electric motor according to the present invention. This jig consists of a disc-shaped winding frame 2 that is attached to the rotating shaft 1 and a disc-shaped end plate 3 that is removable from the rotating shaft 1.
It consists of When one end of the conducting wire 4 is attached to this jig and the rotating shaft 1 is rotated, the conducting wire 4 is introduced between the end plate 3 and the disc-shaped winding frame 2 while being regulated by the end plate 3, as shown in the figure. The coils are wound in close alignment around the disc-shaped winding frame 2 to form a flat annular wire ring body 5 as shown in FIG. The annular wire body 5 that has been wound in close alignment is removed from the disc-shaped winding frame 2 by removing the disc-shaped end plate 3 from the rotating shaft 1. As shown in FIG. 3, concavo-convex portions 6 and 7 for bending are embossed on the annular wire ring body 5 wound on the alignment table using an appropriate jig (not shown). The uneven portions 6 and 7 for bending are formed alternately at even positions over the entire circumference of the wire ring body 5, and the troughs and tops thereof are defined as bending lines. This uneven part 6 for bending

A cylindrical element wire can be easily manufactured by simply bending an annular wire ring, and the completed cylindrical element wire has conductors closely aligned and is sufficiently flat. Electric motors using wheels can make the gap between the rotor and stator sufficiently small, and can prevent the accumulation of inactive parts around the armature.
