【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、コンクリート電柱に埋設される足場ボルト取
付用埋込ナツトを電柱の形成時に型枠に固定保持させる
ための治具に関するものである。

クリートの所定位置に埋設させる足場ボルト取付用の埋
込ナツトを所定位置に固定させるためシこ、第1図に示
したような治具を介して型枠に固定させている。即ち同
図に示される固定治具6は型枠用の取付孔14に嵌合さ
せる取付胴部7の一端側に突設した軸杆8のねじ部9を
埋込ナツト1のねじ孔2に螺合させ、取付胴部7の他端
側に設けたねじ部νを型枠13の外周面に取付けられた
ねじ付き支持具15に螺合させるようにして第1図0)
のように使用しているが、一般的に軸杆8の長さは埋込
ナツト1を確実に固定させるべくねじ孔2の深さに略一
致する長さに設けられ、かつ該軸杆8に設けたねじ部9
も長く設けられている。このために電柱成形後に、イン
パクトレンチ等の工具を用いて第1図(ロ)のように固
定治具6を取外す際に該固定治具6ががたつき、軸杆6
のぶれで埋込ナツト1の電柱表面側tこ側出するねじ孔
2の開口側コーナーのねじ山或いは開口端縁を破損させ
ることがあり、この破損で商品価値を著るしく低下させ
ることがあった。

された埋込ナツトに足場ボルトが確実に螺合され電柱に
登って作業すみ際の危険を全く解消することとなり、電
柱の成形工程に大きな利益をもたらすことができるもの
である。
