    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 発光部からの光入力を偏光板及び測定目的の物理量に応
    じて偏向するセンシング部を有する光センサ本体に与え
    、この先センサ本体の光出力から受光部に上記物理量に
    対応した電気信号を得る光学式センサにおいて、上記発
    光部の発光量を検出した発光量検出信号と上記受光部の
    出力から得た漏れ光量検出信号との偏差を検出し、この
    偏差に対応させて上記発光部の発光量を制御することを
    特徴とする光学式センサ。
