This was a problem. Furthermore, the outer surface of skis is extremely susceptible to scratches during skiing, but there has been no easy way to repair the outer surface of skis once they have been scratched.

A cross-country product that demonstrates the outstanding waterproof properties of the film and also allows for easy replacement of the outer surface.
a first step of forming a cross-country ski body excluding the outer surface; a second step of covering the cross-country ski body with a heat-shrinkable plastic film; Manufacture of a cross-country ski in which the film-covered cross-country ski body is heat-treated and a third step of applying a heat-shrinkable plastic film to the cross-country ski body is sequentially manufactured. It was developed for the purpose of providing a method.

This is because it is particularly easy to apply (but does not mean that it cannot be applied to other common skis).

The heat-shrinkable plastic film used here is as described above. In order to coat the cross-country ski body with the heat-shrinkable plastic film, the heat-shrinkable plastic film is usually molded into the shape of the cross-country ski in advance, and the cross-country ski is coated on this molded body. - This is done by inserting the main body of the ski completely. At this time, it is necessary to push the main body into a molded body that is slightly smaller than the main body of the cross-country ski, and to apply adhesive between the molded body and the main body (taking into consideration that the outer surface may be replaced), It is preferable to use a material that is not strong.), it is possible to easily and reliably bond the two in the next third step.

It is 0-160°C. In this process, it is necessary to completely remove air from the gap between the two, so
It is desirable to carry out the heat treatment under reduced pressure. Further, if this heating process section is a tunnel combined with a belt conveyor, continuous processing is possible. The heat treatment causes these films to shrink, and the two become completely integrated.

効果を有する。As mentioned above, according to the cross-country ski according to the present invention, since the outer surface metal is made of one material, a heat-shrinkable plastic film, there are differences in physical properties that tend to occur between two or more materials. It is resistant to deformation and misalignment, and is also highly waterproof, making it possible to obtain extremely practical cross-country skis. In addition, since the structure and manufacturing method are extremely simple, it can be manufactured easily and the outer surface portion can be easily replaced if necessary.
