    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダと、このシリンダ内を摺動するピストンとを具
    え、シリンダに対してピストンを往復駆動させることに
    よりピストンの移動量に応じた量の液体を分注する液体
    分注装置において、前記ピストンをリニアパルスモータ
    の走行子に連結シ、リニアパルスモータに入力するパル
    ス数を調整して液体分注量を制御するように構成したこ
    とを特徴とする液体分注装置。
