    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダと、このシリンダ内を摺動するピストンとを具
    え、シリンダに対してピストンを往復駆動させることに
    よりピストンの移動量に応じた量の液体を分注する液体
    分注装置において、前記ピストンをマイクロメータのス
    ピン−ドル部に連結スると共にマイクロメータのシンプ
    ル側をステッピングモータの回転軸に連結し、ステッピ
    ングモータに供給する入力パルスの数を調整して液体分
    注量を制御するよう構成したことを特徴とする液体分注
    装置。
