Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a connecting tube from being bent owing to pulsation of a negative pressure, by installing a reinforcing material on the inner periphery, on the air cleaner side, of the connecting tube. CONSTITUTION:An air cleaner 9 consists of a cleaner body 10, a filter element 11, a duct 12, and an air cleaner chamber 14. The connecting tube 15 is formed in a fork shape on the side where it is linked to a carbretter 7, and is integrally formed by the use of a rubber material. In the case of the fork-shaped connecting tube 15, since it has low rigidity at the branching part of the forked part, a frame trap 16, serving as a reinforcing material, is disposed at the section in the vicinity of said part.

が作用しても連結チューブ15が撓むことなく、キャブ
レーク7へ十分なる吸気量を供給、できることにもなる

を収納できないし、また固定も難しい為、従来は、ブロ
ーのチVンバー内にフレームトラップをセットすること
は非常に困M”C−あったが、連結デユープ15内に配
設することによりフレームトラップ16を連結チューブ
15の端部と共にエアクリーナチャンバー14内にセッ
トできることになる。
