部47bをシリンダ43側にして嵌入し前排気管42の
前端は所定長だけフランジ部材47より突出させるとと
もに、このフランジ部材47のフランジ部47aの端部

以上の説明から明らかなように、本発明に係る自動二輪
車の排気装置によれば、特に、前方2気筒後方1気筒の
側面V型エンジンを搭載した自動二輪車に適用し、プロ
グレジブリンク機構にテ支持された後輪緩衝器を車幅方
向中央に備え、後方のエンジンシリンダから後方へ延出
する前排気管を前記後輪緩衝器の一方の側部から他方の
側部へ巻回すべく湾曲させて後方へ延設したため前方の
エンジンシリンダからの排気装置と等価管長を略等しく
しエンジン性能を最良に維持しつつ外観デザイン向上及
び小型化が図れる自動二輪車の排気装置として提供でき

動二輪車の排気装置において、筒型後輪緩衝器を車幅方
向中央に備え、後方のシリンダから後方へ延出しだ前排
気管を前記後輪緩衝器の一方の側部から他方の側部へ巻
回すべく湾曲させて後方へ延設したことを特徴とする自
