る薄板の山部2aが突起6内の空間Sに塑性変形により
移動し当該空間S内に充填するとともにローレット加工
部4の谷部に食い込む、この結果ボルト1の軸方向の固
定は鍔部5の下面5aとローレット加工部4の間に充填
した山部2aによシ々され、また、ボルト1の回転方向
固定はローレット加工部4により々される。したがって
、当該突起6は従来のように回り止め阻止用の機能をも
つものでは々く塑性変形を生じさせ抜は止め防止用の機
能をもち、ボルト1は金属薄板2に確実に固着されるこ
とに々る。
