ベースに傾動用ブラケットの一端をピンによって枢着す
ると共に、その傾動用ブラケットをベースに対しねじに
よって固定し、一方、前記傾動用ブラケットとハウジン
グとにテンションスプリングを張設させ、傾動用ブラケ
ットに２ケ所の支点部を形成すると共に、ハウジングの
ブラケット取付部に前記２ケ所の支α部に対して回動可
能に係合し得る係合支点部を形成し、前記傾動用ブラケ
ット及びベースからねじを外したときに、傾動用ブラケ
ットとハウジングとをベースに対しピンを中心として回
