Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シートクッション又は車体側部材に取付けられたベース
    プレートに、バックレストに取付けられたヒンジプレー
    トを回動可能に軸着し、該ヒンジプレートに設けたギヤ
    部に噛合うギヤ部を有するラッチ部材を、該ラッチ部材
    の一端部附近に上記ギヤ部の噛合、離脱方向にほぼ沿っ
    て形成した長孔とベースプレートに設けたガイドピンと
    の嵌合によりベースプレートに支持させると共に、ベー
    スプレートに回動可能に取付けた操作レバーに作動軸を
    固着し、該作動軸をラッチ部材に設けたカム溝孔にスラ
    イド可能に嵌装し、該操作レバーの操作による作動軸の
    移動によってラッチ部材をそのギヤ部がヒンジプレート
    のギヤ部に噛合う方向及び離脱する方向に移動させ得る
    よ、うにしたことを特徴とする自動車用座席のリクライ
    ニング装置。
